Outpatient Services

Outpatient services offers counseling services in a supportive, caring and empowering environment by Licensed Professional Counselors to children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families to assist in addressing: ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse and Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

A person usually enters psychotherapy because they are lost, stressed or stuck. Frequently, they feel sad, angry and despondent which may be evident in their behavior. These behaviors may result in symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, adolescent rebellion, substance abuse, domestic violence, obsessive compulsivity or any number of disorders. Psychotherapy provided in a safe and supportive environment with a caring therapist can help explore motives, feelings, thoughts, actions, and perceptions that may be controlling you by removing old patterns that no longer work. Relief lies in discovering and incorporating into our consciousness that which is being masked, distracted from, or indirectly "acted out" in symptoms.

Remember, when you feel whatever it is you spend your energy trying not to feel, you feel better and you function better.
